Dr. Mina Haidarian

Dr. Mina Haidarian comes from a family devoted to helping others. Her mother taught holistic medicine, while three of her six siblings became engineers and the other two became doctors.

In May 2010, Dr. Haidarian moved to El Paso to be closer to her family and soon after opened her new medical practice, Westwind Medical Associates, where she provides adult, adolescent, and pediatric medicine, women's health services, anti-aging medicine, and a weight management program.

As a complement to her thriving practice, Dr. Haidarian opened Westwind Cosmetic & Laser Center to focus her energy on the latest advancements in anti-aging, cosmetic, and aesthetic medicine.

Board-certified in family medicine, Dr. Haidarian received her medical degree from the University of Santiago School of Medicine in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and completed her family practice residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She is licensed to practice medicine in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

Prior to opening Westwind Medical Associates and Westwind Cosmetic & Laser Center, Dr. Haidarian had a thriving medical practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico. For three consecutive years, she was nominated by her peers as one of the “Top Ten Doctors” in the Albuquerque Journal.

While in Albuquerque, she helped create the Women's Healthcare Center at Presbyterian Hospital and served as a member of the Executive Council of the Presbyterian Health System. Today, she is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a diplomate of the American Colposcopy Society.

Juanny, Aesthetician

Here at Westwind Cosmetic and Laser we are proud to introduce Juany as our Aesthetician.  Juany is native to Mexico and after meeting her husband she moved to El Paso in 2010.  Her career started as an interior decorator and has now advanced into a stellar Medical Esthetician.  She continues to be inspired by her love for beauty and with this artistic inspiration she has enhanced her passion for skin care and beauty.

Juany enjoys continuously learning the latest techniques and state of the art treatment in skin care.  She prides herself in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals in skin care.  She truly believes in educating her clients on how to age gracefully and maintain beautiful healthy skin.

She graduated from The Institute of Cosmetology top of her class with honors.  She is a licensed esthetician and is ready to work with you and for your skin.
